Ozari Events is designed for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, seminars, live performances, milestone celebrations, proms, quinceañeras, debut celebrations, community events, and other private occasions. The flexible layout can be arranged to support a variety of event styles and guest experiences.

How large is the event space?

The main venue offers approximately 3,967 square feet of flexible event space. Capacity may vary depending on your preferred seating arrangement, stage requirements, entertainment setup, and overall floor plan.

What makes the venue unique?

Ozari combines historic industrial character with a refined, modern atmosphere. The space features exposed brick, concrete floors, white walls, reclaimed wood ceilings, black steel details, high ceilings, and expansive windows that fill the room with natural light.

Can the room be customized for my event?

Yes. The open floor plan provides flexibility for ceremonies, receptions, seated programs, cocktail-style gatherings, presentations, live entertainment, and other custom arrangements. Our team will help you explore a layout that complements your event’s size, style, and flow.

Are additional spaces available?

Additional private and semi-private spaces within L&L Market may be available by request. Availability depends on the date, event needs, and the specific areas requested.

Is there a catering kitchen?

Yes. Ozari Events includes access to a catering kitchen designed to support event food service and professional catering teams. Specific kitchen use, access times, and requirements can be reviewed during the planning process.

Can we choose our own caterer or event vendors?

Vendor policies and event requirements are discussed during the booking process. Share your preferred caterer, planner, decorator, photographer, entertainment provider, or other vendors with our team so we can confirm the appropriate arrangements.

Is there an outdoor area?

Yes. The venue includes access to a patio that may be incorporated into select events, depending on availability, weather, and the planned use of the space.

Is parking available for guests?

Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests. Valet service may also be arranged for events that would benefit from a more elevated arrival experience.

Can Ozari Events accommodate live music or a stage?

The venue’s open layout and high ceilings provide a strong setting for live bands, acoustic performances, speakers, presentations, album-release events, and other stage-based experiences. Production needs, equipment, sound considerations, and staging should be discussed in advance.

When should we reserve the venue?

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially for weddings, holiday events, and popular weekend dates. Availability varies throughout the year, and your date is not secured until the required booking steps have been completed.

Can we tour the venue before booking?

Yes. A private tour allows you to experience the scale, natural light, architectural details, and overall atmosphere of Ozari Events in person. It also gives our team an opportunity to learn more about your vision and answer event-specific questions.

What information should I provide when requesting availability?
